How to
Apply for IFA RV Financing
After submitting a request
for quote (click
here to access quote form), AmeriFleet Capital will provide a
quote typically within one business day for your consideration. Along with the
quote, AmeriFleet Capital will provide you with a copy of the application and an
overview of the financing process so you can feel comfortable that you will have
smooth sailing in the purchase of your RV.
Application and Approval
Process
1. Complete
the application and forward to AmeriFleet Capital, via mail, overnight express
or fax, together with supporting information listed on the Financial Information
Requirements Sheet (i.e. equipment specifications if available, 2 years' tax
returns for business and/or individual - include all applicant(s)/guarantor(s)
information).
2. Upon
receipt, AmeriFleet Capital will review the Application and will contact you
with any questions.
3. AmeriFleet Capital will give an approval usually within one to two business
days. More complicated business financings may take longer.
4. There
are no costs to you to apply.
The Closing Process
Closing takes two to three
business days - one day to prepare and overnight documents to you and one day
for you to sign and return the documents. AmeriFleet Capital includes a
pre-paid, pre-addressed overnight return envelope to expedite the process.
1. AmeriFleet Capital conducts the necessary title searches on the equipment.
2. AmeriFleet Capital forwards Closing Package via overnight FedEx for
signing by Purchaser/Guarantor together with a closing document instruction
sheet.
3. Closing
documents will need to be signed, notarized and returned.
4. AmeriFleet Capital wires the loan amount to seller/ lien holder, as
designated by buyer, upon receipt of documentation and authorization. Buyer will
have made the down payment to seller at this point.
5. Please
note that AmeriFleet Capital cannot finance any state taxes with the purchases.
Taxes will need to be paid separately by the buyer.
Post Closing
1.
AmeriFleet Capital submits the necessary documentation to the state or federal
agencies responsible for title filings.
2. AmeriFleet Capital
copies and forwards a complete set of documents to you for your records.
3. AmeriFleet Capital
conducts post-sale title search to verify proper title and forwards a copy to
you for your records.
