Prizes are not transferable. Winner may not choose cash or alternative prizes. Standard Domestic Shipping is included. Additional shipping expenses are the responsibility of the winner. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received throughout the Contest Period.

Employees and other representatives of I Fly America, their affiliates, and advisors (and the immediate family members of each) are not eligible to win. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. IFA can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated. Entries must contain accurate, current, and fully complete information including a valid email address. If you cannot be reached by return email, your entry will be null and void. IFA will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control or (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

3.Entries. To be eligible to win the prize, submit your valid and current entry to www.iflyamerica.org. Only one entry per person will be entered only once per drawing. Also, only one entry per email address will be entered per quarter. You may also send entries by standard mail to the address listed in paragraph 8. In the event of any dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. Entries must be received by the end of the last business day of the quarter.

4.Winner Selection. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received and will be held by the 15th of January, April, July and October for the duration of the contest. The prizewinner will have ten days from notification to respond to the e-mail. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return an executed affidavit and consent within 21 days of when sent, the winner will forfeit his or her prize and the prize will be awarded during a later contest.

5.General Release. By entering the Contest, you release IFA, and its respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light). By entering the Contest, you also give IFA, and its respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies permission to contact you concerning products, services, membership and its benefits, association news and information, and any other applicable information.
